Problem:
Computer ER, Inc. provides Missoula Aging Services proactive IT services. We use tools and services in our managed services , RightNet, to keep MAS running smoothly.

We recently consulted on and performed a new server migration. MAS had exceeded the current hardware and needed to upgrade to let them service their clients more effectively. Using two new HP Proliant Servers, SBS 2003, Server 2003 and Terminal Server, MAS now has the hardware to meet their current needs, but will them to grow and provide the same service without the need to increase staff.

Using the TS and thin clients, MAS can refresh older computers at a much lower cost in both hardware and configuration.

Using industry standard hardware and software provides MAS the stability and security they need to help their clients instead of wasting time on sorting through antiquated system. In addition, Computer ER is able to provide the support MAS needs because of the compatibility in our managed service tool with Windows Server.

Missoula Aging Services takes advantage of RightNet and RighNet Internet Vaulting. Computer ER monitors and manages their servers and network 24x7 with our Network Operations Center and Help Desk. With RightNet Internet Vaulting, MAS never has to worry about missed backups again. Only a few days running RightNet Internet Vaulting, MAS understood what a burden the old way of backing up was.
